Wmjobs is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a school in Rugby. You will support pupils with a range of SEND, including autism and communication needs, and help deliver targeted interventions within an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
You will contribute to the development of the SEND Hub, share best practice, participate in safeguarding and professional development, and work with a supportive team to raise achievement for all learners.
