He participates in many activities including sailing, flying, hiking, tennis, canoeing, arts & crafts, and golf but needs to be supported 24/7 to keep him safe.

The job will entail taking him to some of these activities as well as managing the staff, ensuring all shifts are covered and that staff are appropriately trained. Ideally you will have a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (level 3 will be considered), experience dealing with vulnerable adults and have a working knowledge of Excel. However, training will be available.

Applicant must be a UK resident or have Permanent Right to Work (or ILR) status and a UK driving Licence. Shift work is required but hours in the region of 27-40 to be agreed. There is plenty of opportunity for extra shifts to cover staff absences. Salary (guide £15-£20 per hour) to be negotiated according to experience plus additional payments.
