Role Description
This is an opportunity for a Managing Director, Offshore Wind M&A to help shape and grow the firm's footprint and impact. The role is based in London, United Kingdom, with travel and work flexibility underpinned by strong client results. The Managing Director will oversee and lead M&A transactions origination and execution primarily related to offshore wind and energy infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, structuring and negotiating deals, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic guidance on market trends and investment strategies tailored to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the renewable energy sector and offshore wind projects.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, corporate finance principles, and valuation techniques.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills to execute complex transactions.
