What you will be doing:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing Service Desk team to ensure delivery on all KPIs and Service Levels.
- Monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and driving best practice for the team.
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members to help them succeed.
- Resolving challenges quickly and effectively within a busy environment.
- Supporting operational efficiency and cost control across workshop operations.
