As a Customer Service Agent, you bring the Northgate experience to life, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

  • You’re often the first point of contact for customers; delivering great service with a smile is second nature.
  • Where you excel is managing multiple tasks: sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to a booking, resolving customer rental queries, administration of a customer account, or overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.

You don’t need previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience; our proven induction training will cover it. You must have customer service know‑how, administration skills, a calm can‑do attitude and a full UK or EU driving licence.
