  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum enhanced by a fantastic commission scheme, and a company car / car allowance. Our New Business Managers see a realistic OTE of £70,000, top performers in this role are hitting their commission cap of £77,500 on-top of salary.

About you: You prosper in B2B new business roles with significant success in generating new accounts. You have a resourceful and tenacious approach to building your pipeline and thrive putting in the hard yards researching, cold calling, prospecting, door knocking, and vehicle spotting to identify the most exciting leads. You understand that one size does not fit all and can develop personalised, multi-product/service offerings including preparing proposals and implementation documentation to deliver the perfect solution to your clients. You take pride in being an ambassador for your brand and are a credible and assured networker able to build effective and profitable relationships with key stakeholders. Preferably, you have expertise in the light commercial vehicle market or contract hire sector.
