About the Role
As the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists, we make a commitment to keep our customers mobile, that’s what we do. As a Customer Service Agent, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and deliver great service.
- Source vehicles to respond to bookings, resolve rental queries and administer customer accounts.
- Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently, maintaining calm and a can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
- No industry or vehicle rental administration experience required; proven induction training provided.
- Strong customer service skills and administrative ability.
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
