Location: Darlington with hybrid working available after training
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours across Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 5pm

We’re looking for a motivated, target-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to support our high-performing sales team. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth - connecting with businesses, creating opportunities, and directly impacting our success.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers - sparking conversations, identifying needs, and booking high-quality appointments for our New Business Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively research and identify potential B2B customers who could benefit from our solutions
- Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, fleet size, and requirements
- Book high-quality appointments with key decision-makers for our field sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and detailed activity
- Nurture prospects through follow-ups to maximise conversion
- Collaborate with the wider sales team on targeted campaigns and prospecting strategies
- Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment targets
