  • You will be responsible for booking in vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with your workshop team to schedule work, updating customers on progress, and ensuring the correct approvals are in place for the work carried out.
  • Your Technicians rely on you to plan their day and keep the workshop running efficiently.

An understanding of the motor trade or car dealerships would certainly help get you off to a flying start in your new role with us. Our proven induction training will help, however, you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, planning and administration skill, and most importantly your logical, ‘can-do’ attitude to deliver the experience our customers expect from us.
