Location: Exeter

Hours: 42.5 hours per week – Day shifts only – Overtime available as required, paid at time and a half.

About the Role: As a Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet to ensure every vehicle is safe, reliable and fully compliant for customer hire. Your work supports our customers and keeps our business moving.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of vans and cars.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 qualified Technician with at least 3 years’ experience as a mechanic/technician, or Fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic.
  • Motivation, pride in workmanship, and a willingness to be part of a supportive, professional team are essential.

Training & Development: Our in‑house, IMI‑accredited training department offers opportunities to upskill in areas such as:

  • Hybrid & EV vehicle repair
  • Tail lift maintenance
  • Braking systems

Level 2 qualified candidates will receive a training needs analysis and a personalised development plan.
