Working Hours - 37.5 Hours, Between the hours of 08.00 and 17:30. Saturday working 8:00 - 12:00 where required.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated Support Centre team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment and is passionate about providing first-class service.
What You’ll Do
- As a key liaison between Northgate and our valued customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional communication.
- Managing high volumes of customer interactions via phone, email, and web chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Championing the customer by collaborating with other teams and suppliers to deliver excellent service.
- Proactively identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and offering the best solutions.
- Taking ownership of issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Creating and maintaining accurate job cards, records, and documentation.
- Providing clear, up-to-date information on our products and services.
- Meeting personal and team quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Acting as an ambassador for Northgate’s values and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
