Frontline: As the first point of contact, assist with bookings, resolve complaints, and answer queries via call, email, and chat. Customer Support Administration: These teams support operations through compliance, record keeping, data entry, and trend analysis. Most interactions are via email or chat, focusing on written communication skills.
