About you: If you are a proven Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Vehicle Technician looking for the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you! As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is to ensure we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. Accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, you will develop a results-focused Vehicle Technician and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards, drive innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, deliver on our service commitment to customers.
