At Northgate Vehicle Hire, we are looking for a driven and people-focused Team Leader to play a key role within our UK Workshop Operations Service & Maintenance Departments at CSC Darlington. In this position, you will lead day-to-day operational activity, ensuring your team delivers against key KPIs and service levels while maintaining a positive, motivated working environment. You will provide clear direction, coaching, and support to help team members succeed, proactively managing performance, resolving challenges, and identifying development opportunities. As a hands-on leader, you will help shape a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer service, maintains fleet compliance, and supports effective control of operational costs across our workshop operations.
