Responsibilities
- Head up the Rental Team at the site in Stoke; support a team including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents and Yard Controller.
- Ensure vehicles are returned and available promptly, delivering on business promises and maintaining high standards.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure daily rental and logistic operations are carried out effectively and in line with company policy and procedures.
- Adept at coaching, guidance and support to the team to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.
- Achieve results against budget and KPIs.
