Are you a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail? At Northgate Vehicle Hire, we’re looking for a proactive and efficient Mobile Scheduler to join our central operations team at our Darlington Head Office.
In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our mobile technician service running like clockwork - planning daily schedules, allocating work, managing job cards, and ensuring financial accuracy across all transactions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Planning and managing schedules for mobile technicians across the network
Administering job cards from creation to completion
Processing financial revenue transactions, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing
Allocating jobs efficiently based on location, skills, and urgency
Communicating with technicians, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations
Monitoring work progress, flagging issues, and supporting continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in scheduling, logistics, or workforce planning (automotive or service sector preferred)
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working with systems and data (experience with job management or scheduling software is a plus)
Financial awareness and ability to handle revenue-related tasks
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
