About you:
- At heart, you are a qualified technical expert (level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds in Light Maintenance) with a solid workshop management background.
- You have a common-sense business approach and know what makes a great workshop.
- You are a people person with some management experience and care about your team.
- You are a natural coach and love to share your knowledge with others.
- You have a passion for customer service and understand what is important to your customers and suppliers.
