Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £28,734 pa + bonus up to £1,470 pa OTE

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service with a smile.
  • Source vehicles and confirm bookings.
  • Resolve customer rental queries and administer customer accounts.
  • Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and a calm, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • No prior vehicle-rental experience required; induction training provided.
