This is an exciting opportunity to head up the Rental Team at our busy site in Borehamwood.

With a combined 600 VOH, we support a strong mix of local and national fleet customers, including productions such as EastEnders and Strictly Come Dancing, just two minutes from Sky Elstree Studios. Ideally located 1 minute from the A1, 5 minutes from Elstree & Borehamwood railway station (direct to Central London), and close to restaurants and M&S Fuel Station Elstree, this is the first newly opened Northgate and Auxillis integrated branch - combining accessibility, sustainability and premium facilities.
About the role: Your role as a Rental Manager is about supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and promptly. The Rental Manager is responsible for a team of staff including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents and Yard Controller. We all have a part to play!
The Borehamwood Rental Manager needs to be highly customer focused, driven by success, a good people manager and to ensure vehicle availability and business growth. The branch needs a decision maker and a leader that encourages our team to deliver immediate and continuous decision making, together with drive and innovation to minimise vehicle downtime and above all, deliver on our service commitment to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against budget and KPIs. Adept at giving coaching, guidance and support to their team to ensure an industry leading customer experience. Accountable for leading and motivating the team to ensure all daily rental and logistic operations are carried out effectively and in line with Company policy and procedures.
