As a Team Leader, you skilfully bring to life the Northgate experience, coordinating your team of drivers to meet the needs of your customers and colleagues, ensuring our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

  • You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
  • You have a real talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time.
  • You will inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site.

Being a successful Team Leader in branch is about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction.
