Join Northgate Vehicle Hire and play a pivotal role in driving new business. Ready to kick-start or accelerate your career in sales? We’re looking for a motivated, target-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to support our high-performing sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively research and identify potential B2B customers who could benefit from our solutions
- Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, fleet size, and requirements
- Book high-quality appointments with key decision-makers for our field sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and detailed activity
- Nurture prospects through follow-ups to maximise conversion
- Collaborate with the wider sales team on targeted campaigns and prospecting strategies
- Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment targets

- Salary - up to £30,000 per annum based on experience, enhanced by a generous commission structure up to £50,000 per annum
