As a Customer Service Agent, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire:

  • You’re often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature.
  • You excel in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles to resolving customer rental queries, administration of customer accounts or overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.
  • You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team, but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence).
