Responsibilities
- Actively participate in on‑the‑job and classroom training.
- Develop skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining light commercial vehicles.
- Assist with routine tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs under supervision using diagnostic tools.
- Keep accurate records of services, parts used, and time spent on each job; prepare detailed reports on findings and repairs.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, explain vehicle issues and services, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations; maintain a clean and organised work area and proper tool care.
