Role Overview

As a Team Leader at Northgate Vehicle Hire, you will skillfully bring to life the brand experience, coordinating your team of drivers to meet customer and colleague needs. You act as a key part of the Branch Management Team, overseeing delivery and collection of vehicles and ensuring the fleet is available when required.

Responsibilities

  • You are a people person who sets high expectations, nurtures talent, and creates productive, engaged teams.
  • You inspire the team, manage allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, and deliver the right vehicles to the right customers on time.
  • You use customer service know‑how, motivating others, and a calm, “can‑do” attitude to keep the team moving in the same direction.
  • Knowledge of vehicle rental or a similar logistics environment and a Full UK or EU Driving Licence are desirable, but the drive and personality you bring are paramount.
