Role Overview

As the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists, we make a commitment to keep our customers mobile. As a Customer Service Agent, you bring to life the Northgate experience, managing customer, colleague and managerial needs to ensure our vehicles are where and when they need to be.

Responsibilities

  • You’re often the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering great service with a smile.
  • You manage more than one task at a time – sourcing vehicles, confirming bookings, resolving rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements.
