What you will be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a high‑performing Fleet Compliance team
  • Managing day‑to‑day operational activity to achieve KPIs and service levels
  • Coaching, supporting and developing team members to help them succeed
  • Monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and driving best practice
  • Resolving challenges quickly and effectively within a busy environment
  • Supporting operational efficiency and cost control across workshop operations
  • Building strong relationships across departments to achieve shared goals
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence

About you:
