As our business continues to expand, we’re hosting a Recruitment Open Day for our Customer Service teams at our Darlington Head Office on Wednesday 13th August. This is your chance to learn more about our exciting opportunities and see what we have to offer!
We are seeking talented Customer Service Representatives who share our values, collaborate to achieve our KPIs, and handle a variety of disputes, including issues related to invoices for damages, rentals, fines, and high-end complaints.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We meticulously analyse transactions, identifying areas for coaching, feedback, and training. By continuously refining our processes, we uphold our commitment to excellence, high standards and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Our Teams:
Fines Administration & Processing: Responsible for managing all fines received by the business, handling the process from start to finish. This includes logging, scanning, paying, and processing each fine – offering plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and get involved in a variety of tasks. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume environment where teamwork is key and no two days are the same.
Frontline: As the first point of contact, the Frontline Team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support. Whether it\’s assisting with bookings, answering questions, or handling general queries, the team ensures every interaction reflects our commitment to high standards. With a mix of communication channels – including email, phone, and online portals – this role offers a varied workload and the chance to build strong relationships across the business
Conversion and Resolution: These teams act as problem-solvers, taking ownership of complex issues from start to finish. They work closely with branch networks and asset teams to locate vehicles, resolve customer concerns, and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the resolution process. There are also opportunities to support the Frontline team during peak periods, demonstrating strong collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering excellent service across the department.

Salary – Starting from £23,874.98 per annum depending on experience. There is also an opportunity to increase your salary to up to £26,304 based on your performance.
Annual leave – Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day’s leave to celebrate your birthday!
Pension – Ageon employer contributions of 5%.
