Salary: £27,745.29 per annum + bonus (up to £1,307 per annum OTE)
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours/week

As a Customer Service Agent, you will deliver the Northgate experience by managing customer, colleague, and manager needs to ensure vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire
Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. You will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering excellent service with a smile. You will manage multiple tasks, including sourcing vehicles, resolving rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements.
No previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience is required; our proven induction training will prepare you. You will need strong customer service skills, administrative abilities, a calm and positive attitude, and a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
