As a Customer Service Agent, you will manage the needs of customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure our vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire:

  • Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments.
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering excellent service with a smile.
  • You will manage multiple tasks such as sourcing vehicles, booking, resolving customer queries, administering accounts, and overseeing vehicle movements.

No previous industry or vehicle rental experience is required, as our proven induction training will prepare you. You need strong customer service skills, good administration abilities, and a calm, 'can-do' attitude, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
