Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire:
- You will be right at the very centre of our busy, fast-paced branches.
- You’re often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature.
- You excel in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles to resolving customer rental queries, administration of customer accounts, or overseeing daily vehicle movements.
You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team, but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill, and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence).
