Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday between 8am - 6:00pm

With opportunities across both our Frontline and back-office functions you will be at the core of our central operations, keeping our customers on the road whilst delivering a world class level of customer service.

  • Salary: Starting at £23,874 with a dedicated Pathways programme to support you in your progression to achieve £26,304. There is also a generous monthly performance bonus and Employee of the month opportunities for all.
  • Annual Leave: Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

About You:

  • You are a customer centric individual who consistently delivers excellence in everything you do.
  • You bring a keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies to ensure high levels of accuracy and quality.
  • You have good IT literacy and can navigate standard Microsoft packages with an ability and desire to learn new systems and ways of working.
  • You’re passionate about continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to refine processes and enhance outcomes.
  • You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clarity and engagement in every interaction.
  • You are organised and can prioritise your workload with a fine eye for detail.
