Salary: £28,321 pa + bonus up to £1,416 pa OTE

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week

As a Driver, you take our award‑winning service directly to our customers’ door and bring to life the NORTHGATE VEHICLE HIRE experience. You don’t necessarily need any previous experience to join our team as a Driver – just a ‘can‑do’ attitude and the confidence to deliver a great service with a smile, plus a full UK or EU driving licence.

A day in the life of a Driver is fast‑paced and physical – most of your day you’re behind the wheel, delivering and collecting vehicles for your customers and valeting the vehicle you’re delivering to meet our exacting standards. As a Driver, you play an integral role in enabling us to consistently provide the first‑class experience that customers demand, and when you need support there’s a great team back at branch ready to help.

We understand that you have a life and responsibilities outside of work, so helping you find the right balance between the two is important to us – with a permanent contract and guaranteed hours, we offer a long‑term, stable role, which can also be a great opportunity to progress your career.
