Home Delivery Driver & Appliance Installer (7.5T) based out of Long Eaton. 39 hrs/week + paid breaks (6 am start). 1 overnight stay per week.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused 7.5T Home Delivery Driver to deliver and install premium cooking appliances across the UK (Northern regions). Electrical installation training is provided through our in-house training school. Working in a 2-man crew, this is more than a driving job—you will be representing a quality, high-end brand in customers’ homes, delivering exceptional service and carrying out product installations (no electrical wiring required) to AGA Rangemasters excellent standards. While full lifting equipment is provided, the role requires the ability to handle the lifting of heavy goods.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and install AGA Rangemaster appliances safely and professionally
- Load/unload products safely using lifting equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service at every visit
- Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Work to planned postcode routes across the North: Newcastle deliveries on Mondays (includes overnight stay), local (within 1 hour of Long Eaton) deliveries on Fridays
- Complete all documentation to company and legal standards
- Follow all Health & Safety and environmental procedures
- Undertake training to become a qualified appliance installer (98% electric appliances)
