How You Can Play Your Part:
As a Helpdesk Engineer, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.
You Will Be:
•Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, you’ll know the right questions to ask in order to reach a conclusive diagnosis.
•Competent with electrical schematics and problem solving in a fast paced-environment.
•Building strong relationships and trust with customers through excellent communication.
•Customer service centric – upholding the most professional, personable demeanour throughout to deliver service excellence.
About You:
You are technically astute, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of ASHPs; specific Daikin Altherma experience would be highly advantageous. You possess:
•City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation L2 or equivalent experience
•F-gas (2079) qualified, with adept experience handling refrigerants.
•G3 unvented cylinders hot water systems
•Your passion for mastering all technical issues has meant you’ve been a point of escalation to resolve breakdowns and reactive service call-outs.
