Your Role

Working in our fast-paced Machine Shop, you’ll be the person that ensures components are flawlessly manufactured. You’ll:

  • Use machinery and hand tools to deburr high-precision parts.
  • Operate manual machines (milling, broaching, grinding).
  • Read technical drawings and take pride in meeting "zero-defect" standards.
  • Keep your workspace sharp and efficient using 5S principles.

What We’re Looking For

If you have a background in a machine shop and a "quality-first" mindset, we want to talk to you. You’ll need:

  • Solid experience and the ability to operate manual machines.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proven experience working in a detailed and steady way, with precision.

The Process
