Are you an accomplished and driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? World Duty Free is seeking a highly capable Retail Manager to take charge of our team at Bristol Airport.

Contract – 21 hours per week, part time, working 3 days out of 7 between 0400-2300 (full flexibility needed).

Salary - Annual salary with a 12% Management Bonus.

  • Inspiring and leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards
  • Collaborating with peers and Customer Service Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  • Maximizing department and category performance to optimise overall store success
  • Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Proven track record in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence both internal and external customers
  • Self‑motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a natural team leader
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations
