Job Description
Role will be home or Hybrid Office Based Subject to Location.
Join our esteemed Housing Implementation Support team and make a significant impact by driving the successful implementation of the NEC Housing system at new customer sites. As a valued team member, you\’ll deliver exceptional consultancy, training, and support services to both new and existing customers. With a strong command of SQL and PLSQL, you\’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process, providing invaluable guidance and support to customers.
- Offer expert advice on data migration into NEC Housing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and consultancy services, empowering customers to optimize features such as DTI, Query View, Task Manager, Archiving, and Variable Warnings.
- Excel in assisting customers with data manipulation and cleansing activities, facilitating smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements.
- Leverage your technical prowess to develop and customize dataloads to meet specific needs.
- Provide indispensable support during critical year-end processes, including dataloads, extracts, and notifications, particularly in Leasehold Service Charge and Rent areas.

- Create concise and comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specifications and Dataload Documents.

- Embrace occasional travel opportunities, both domestic and international, to collaborate directly with customers and deliver exceptional service.
