Job Description
As a Digital Interview Recording Project Engineer, we need you to help us deliver our solutions into live operational service for our suite of products across our entire customer portfolio. Responsibilities include:
- Build, commissioning and upgrades of our Digital Interview Recording product solutions into and within our customer environments.
- Fault diagnosis of our product suite of solution/s at both hardware and software levels.
- Create, review and update engineering documentation, for example workplans, work instructions and technical guides.
- Work professionally in liaison with several internal teams to coordinate various activities and gather/provide information required to complete the tasks at hand.
- Completing installations on customer sites as demand requires, therefore you will be expected to work from a variety of locations and travel should be expected, including overnight stays.
- The role holder would need to accept a company car, within the allotted band for business travel.
- The role will involve extensive customer contact on both a technical and non-technical level requiring a professional and adaptable approach to communication and interaction/service.
- The role will require working both in a team and, potentially autonomously where projects dictate a limited engineering requirement.
- An increasing level of autonomy is typically achieved after some time in post and suitable experience has been gained.
- Continually follow and adhere to NECSWS outlined process.
