We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to oversee our nursery provision. You will be responsible for managing the setting on a day-to-day basis, including the planning and delivery of sessions in line with the EYFS framework.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in Early Years with knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Have experience of planning and delivering educational activities
  • Be a confident leader
  • Be child centred and committed to the ethos of our school
  • Be a reflective practitioner who considers the needs of all children
  • Be keen to be part of a team, prepared to constantly review your practice and strive for excellence
  • Be positive and have good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be able to communicate with both children and adults
