Your role as a Rental Manager is about supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and promptly.
The Rental Manager is responsible for a team of staff including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents, and Yard Controller. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against budget and KPIs, preferably from a Vehicle Rental or Fleet Solutions background. Adept at giving coaching, guidance and support to their team to ensure an industry‑leading customer experience. Accountable for leading and motivating the team to ensure all daily rental and logistic operations are carried out effectively and in line with Company policy and procedures.
