At Northgate Vehicle Hire we're looking for a proactive and people-focused Team Leader to join our growing Fleet Compliance team in Darlington. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, creating a positive team culture, and making a real impact in a fast-paced operational environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring fleet compliance standards are met while supporting the workshop operations and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing Fleet Compliance team
- Managing day-to-day operational activity to achieve KPIs and service levels
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members to help them succeed
- Monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and driving best practice
- Resolving challenges quickly and effectively within a busy environment
- Supporting operational efficiency and cost control across workshop operations
- Building strong relationships across departments to achieve shared goals
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence

Qualifications:
