We are looking for two compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality patient care within our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) clinics. Working alongside experienced clinical staff, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our outpatient services, helping to ensure every patient receives a positive and professional experience.

Duties include:

  • Assist clinical staff during ENT consultations and procedures, including the preparation and positioning of patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical environments, ensuring all equipment and instruments are clean, sterilised and ready for use ahead of each clinic.
  • Provide patients with clear information, comfort and reassurance before, during and after procedures, helping to put them at ease throughout their visit.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards at all times.
  • Expected to provide cover at Sellindge Surgery for our ENT clinics as required, including cover for sickness and annual leave.

Salary will be dependent on experience. Annual leave: 6 weeks pro-rata. Job Types: Full-time (5 days per week, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00) and Part-time (3 days per week, 22.5 hours, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 08:30 to 17:00).
