Do you want to make a difference to students who need that extra support to engage them in learning? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We need someone who can work alongside students with additional needs, social and emotional as well as special needs, in order to build resilience and develop strategies to engage with learning. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience of trauma informed practice, thrive or zones of regulation.

Main Responsibilities

  • The main responsibility of this role is to support the progress of students with special educational needs in consultation with teaching staff.

  • Is competent with numeracy and literacy skills?

The core working hours are up to 30.2hpw, 39 weeks a year (this is term time plus 5 staff training days).
