Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Nights) Location: Autumn House Nursing Home, Stone, Staffordshire Salary: £12.90 per hour + Paid Breaks Job type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, Alternate weekends We\’re looking for caring and reliable Night Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Autumn House Nursing Home. No two nights are the same; you\’ll support residents with personal care, emotional wellbeing, and daily living, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Duties will include: General support of residents in order to help individuals maintain or achieve independence. Participate in the planning of care programs and preparation of care review discussions All aspects of the physical care of residents, including where necessary, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting etc. Involvement in and promotion of emotional care of the residents Involvement in the keyworker system Accompanying residents on trips e.g. to hospital, outings, shopping, etc. Other duties that may be required to promote the comfort, well- being and self-respect of the residents Reporting any incidents of ill-treatment of a resident to the Manager Promoting privacy, dignity and independence of all residents within the home Attending training sessions and meetings that will assist with the development of care practicesAbout you: Kind, patient, and a team player Previous care experience and NVQ Level 2 (preferred, not essential) Must be authorised to work in the UKWhat we offer: £12.90 per hour + paid breaks Hastee Pay – access wages anytime Free uniform & DBS Career progression & training (apprenticeships available) Blue Light Card & staff discounts Free parking & pension Refer a Friend bonus (£100)Please note: No visa sponsorship is available Make a difference every night – apply now and start your rewarding career in care!
