We are seeking an individual to take on this exciting role who has Qualified Teacher Status with an appropriate degree or the desire to train, the ability to set high expectations for students' behaviour & achievements, the capacity to work collaboratively in a team, a secure knowledge and understanding of the subject, curriculum and pedagogy, and an enthusiasm to develop students' skills beyond the classroom.
This position has a start date of September 2026 or January 2027, with a salary of M1-UPS3 (£32,916 - £51,048) dependent on experience. Northfleet Technology College has excellent resources and a forward-thinking ethos, with the aim for all students to achieve the highest standards. This is delivered from Key Stage 3 through to the International Baccalaureate at Key Stage 5.
