Northfield School is a large 11‑16 school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious and inclusive school with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and interactive technology in a well‑resourced newly refurbished main building and a separate new Year 7 school. Following an inspection in February 2023, Ofsted judged the school to be good in all areas. Results in the summer continued the upward trend. This is a great time to join our school.
Role
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within our Personalised Learning Centre. The successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience of working with pupils within an education setting, and will be able to provide effective one‑to‑one support to pupils at risk of disengaging from education.
