Position Summary
2 Permanent Full Time Level 2 Teaching Assistants, starting 5th January 2026. Grade 2 SCP 3 – 8. Salary: £24,796 – £26,824 + SEN point pro rata. 32.5 hours per week, term time only.

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Work alongside Teachers of the Deaf and fellow Teaching Assistants, both Deaf and hearing.
- Support the varied and complex needs of Deaf sign bilingual pupils, some with additional needs.
- Use own initiative and creative thinking to support learning.
- Communicate with British Sign Language at minimum Level 1.
- Collaborate with team to meet the school’s needs and support professional development.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the school.
