Responsibilities

  • Support teaching in class.
  • Understand the standards expected for Teaching Assistants and be up to date with current research on the effectiveness of Teaching Assistants in the classroom.
  • Have experience in Early Years and KS1 (SEND experience would be beneficial).
  • Be an integral part of a supportive team and be able to use your own initiative.

Qualifications

  • At least NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Early Years and KS1 required; SEND experience beneficial.
