As a Train Presentation Regional Manager, you'll lead those teams across the East Region, helping to bring people together, share best practice and create a consistent approach to train presentation. You'll balance people, performance and operational priorities, ensuring our trains are presented to the highest standard while building a culture where colleagues feel supported, engaged and proud of the work they do. This is a role where you'll make a visible difference every day. You'll lead operational improvements, strengthen relationships across depots and work closely with colleagues, trade unions and third-party partners to deliver a safe, reliable and efficient service.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. One day you could be reviewing performance data and planning resources, the next you'll be out in the depot supporting your teams through a busy turnaround or working with colleagues to solve an operational challenge.
