Admin Support

Sheffield - The role will involve travel when required depending on business needs.

Salary: 29298 per annum

Reports to : Operations Manager

Behind every smooth journey there\'s a team making sure the details are spot on. As Admin Support you\'ll be the person who keeps our regional Operations teams organised from managing records to coordinating interviews and meetings. Your work will make sure colleagues on the front line have everything they need to keep the North moving.

This is a role for someone who loves detail enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in supporting others. If that sounds like you you\'ll fit right in.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Supporting Operations Managers and the wider team with daily admin tasks
  • Maintaining and auditing safety and HR records for drivers and conductors
  • Monitoring traincrew competencies in ACMS and helping to coordinate interviews
  • Organising meetings taking minutes and managing delay reporting via Bugle
  • Keeping sickness incident and late-on-duty records up to date
  • Providing cover for other admin team members during annual leave

About you

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to take accurate concise notes
  • Confident using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive information
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance
